Abstract
⺠Dodecapeptide SC4 is highly effective against Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P.a.). ⺠SC4 attenuates inflammatory cytokine levels in serum. ⺠Combination treatment of SC4 and Zosyn is most effective at killing P.a. in vivo.
