Abstract
⺠Glycated collagen was studied by direct, rapid, and label-free biophotonic methods. ⺠FT-IR and Raman provide complementary molecular information on glycation effects. ⺠The level of glycation can be evaluated in a semi-quantitative manner. ⺠Spectroscopic markers of glycation correlate with AGEs-fluorescence quantification.
