Abstract
⺠AKR1A (aldehyde reductase) knockout mice were examined. ⺠d-Glucuronic acid and saccharate are accumulated in AKR1A knockout mice tissue. ⺠The expression of serum amyloid A2 is increased in AKR1A knockout mouse liver.
