Abstract

âº In cells lacking AglR, glycan-charged dolichol phosphates accumulate. âº In ÎaglR cells, the final subunit of the N-linked pentasaccharide is absent. âº AglR is a homologue of Wzx, thought to 'flip' lipid-linked glycans in bacteria.
