Abstract
⺠MicroRNAs are modulated by polyphenols. ⺠Mice with diet-induced fatty liver disease were used to test interactions. ⺠Polyphenols accumulated in the liver and attenuated deleterious effects. ⺠Polyphenols induced changes in miR-103/107 and miR-122 expression. ⺠Regulation of liver fatty acid utilization is a probable common mechanism of action.
