Abstract

âº PFOS exposure induced hepatomegaly and lipid accumulation in mice. âº The mechanisms involved the modulation of hepatic b-oxidation and lipid transport. âº PFOS-induced steatosis may play a role in the initiation and progression of NAFLD.
