Abstract
⺠Association of transferrin dimers detected by GPC, MS and aggregates by DLS. ⺠Collisional cross sections of apo- and holo-transferrin determined by ion mobility-MS. ⺠AFM detects flattened transferrin on mica, aggregation into fibrils in second layer. ⺠Fibres formed by dimers on carbon surfaces are characterised by TEM. ⺠Possible relationship between transferrin aggregation, iron deposition, and diseases.
