Abstract
⺠Open and converging combinatorial assembly of DNA tiles was modeled. ⺠Parameters affecting time-course and distribution of end-products are predicted. ⺠We defined rules allowing estimation of model parameters from experimental data. ⺠Dependence of hybridization rates on tile structure and length is characterized. ⺠Model is expected to facilitate design of gene and combinatorial library synthesis.
