Abstract
⺠Chromatographic purification of an l-amino acid oxidase of Bothrops leucurus. ⺠Purity confirmed by MS, 2-DE, N-terminal sequencing. ⺠l-Met, l-Norleu, l-Leu, l-Phe and l-Trp were best substrates. ⺠Bl-LAAO inhibited ADP- and collagen-induced platelet aggregation. ⺠Strong killing effect on various cancer cell lines.
