Abstract
⺠Enhancing ERK activation reduces repair of ETOP-induced DSBs and DNA-PK activation. ⺠Inhibition of ERK activation sensitizes these processes. ⺠ERK reduces DNA-PK-mediated NHEJ. ⺠ERK facilitates cells to choose whether to repair DSBs via NHEJ.
