Abstract

âº The c-Myc binds to MAP4K1 promoter and regulates MAP4K1 promoter activity. âº Down-regulation of c-Myc inhibits MAP4K1 expression and AP-1 activation. âº The dnTcf4 inhibits c-Myc and MAP4K1 expression. âº Pdcd4 knockdown up-regulates MAP4K1 expression and activation of AP-1 via c-Myc.
