Abstract
⺠Fra1 is activated by the anticancer drug nimustine. ⺠Downmodulation of FRA1 sensitizes glioma cells to nimustine. ⺠Downmodulation of FRA1 does not alter the regulation of the AP-1 targets ercc1, fasL, and xpf and does not impact DNA repair. ⺠Downmodulation of FRA1 impacts the G2/M cell cycle checkpoint.
