Abstract
⺠Neil3 is the major enzyme in tissues removing hydantoins from single stranded DNA. ⺠Neurospheres derived from newborn Neil3â/â forebrain display reduced proliferation but normal differentiation capability. ⺠Neil3â/â derived MEFs exhibit reduced proliferation and are cisplatin sensitive.
