Abstract
⺠PP2A phosphatase regulates 105 kDa NEDD9 phosphoform. ⺠PP2A interacts with the Serine-Rich region (SRR) of NEDD9. ⺠Constitutive phosphorylation of NEDD9 S369 in the SRR promotes cell spreading. ⺠The tumour suppressor PP2A suppresses NEDD9-mediated spreading and switch to mesenchymal morphologies.
