Abstract
⺠TRIM13 induces autophagy. ⺠CC domain of TRIM13 is essential for autophagy induction. ⺠TRIM13 interacts with p62 and co-localizes with DFCP1. ⺠TRIM13 regulates ER stress induced autophagy. ⺠TRIM13 decreases clonogenic ability of cells via regulation of autophagy.
