Abstract
⺠Nhx1p is localized to the trans-Golgi/TGN, endocytic, and recycling compartments. ⺠The dynamics of Nhx1p-residing compartments partly depend on actin cytoskeleton. ⺠Loss of Nhx1p leads to accumulation of some organelle markers in prevacuolar region. ⺠Nhx1p is required for protein trafficking in the endocytic and recycling pathway.
