Abstract
⺠Localization of PKCε and RACK2/βâ²-COP at the Golgi apparatus required ARF1 activity. ⺠Phorbol-ester-induced translocation of PKCε was independent of ARF1 activation. ⺠PKCε bound to membranes using RACK2/βâ²-COP-dependent and -independent mechanisms.
