Abstract
⺠UCH37 was over-expressed in HCC tissues and was an independent predictor for TTR. ⺠iTRAQ was used to identify differentially expressed proteins. ⺠UCH37 could interact and deubiquitinate PRP19, an essential RNA splicing factor. ⺠UCH37 could promote cell migration and invasion via PRP19.
