Abstract
⺠Ursolic acid sensitized TRAIL-induced prostate cancer cell apoptosis. ⺠UA induced CHOP-dependent DR5 up-regulation. ⺠The use of urosolic acid offers a promising means of enhancing the efficacy of TRAIL-based prostate cancer treatments.
