Abstract
⺠The SH3 domain of Grb2 interacts with HIV-1 Tat protein. ⺠Tat/Grb2 interaction affects cellular signaling pathways and viral functions. ⺠It impairs IGF-1R/ERK activation and enhances PKA/Raf inhibitory cascade in LN229. ⺠It inhibits viral replication in HIV-infected human primary microglia.
