Abstract
⺠PLTP increases active STAT3 in human macrophages and differentiated THP1 cells. ⺠PLTP-mediated STAT3 activation does not depend on PLTP phospholipid transfer. ⺠PLTP-mediated increase in nuclear pSTAT3Tyr705 is inhibited by ABCA1 inhibition. ⺠PLTP reduces active NFκB p65 in human macrophages and differentiated THP1 cells. ⺠PLTP reduces inflammatory cytokines in macrophages and differentiated THP1 cells.
