Abstract
âºIGF-1 regulates cyclin D1 and E expression in breast cancer. âºhEag1 is involved in the G1 phase progression in MCF-7 breast cancer cell line. âºhEag1 is a key actor of the IGF-1 pathway which modulates cyclin D1 and E expression. âºhEag1 activity occurs in G1 phase prior to the up-regulation of cyclins D1 and E.
