Abstract
⺠ESeroS-GS is a novel antioxidant derived from vitamin E. ⺠LPS activates macrophages. ⺠ESeroS-GS inhibits the assembly of TLR-4 complex and regulates macrophage activation in vitro and in vivo through lipid raft dependent mechanism.
