Abstract
ⶠS-nitrosoglutathione reductase participates in the homeostasis of S-nitrosothiols. ⶠThe enzyme catalyses NADH-dependent reduction of S-nitrosoglutathione. ⶠStructures of the apoenzyme and of the enzyme were solved up to 1.9 Ǻ resolution. ⶠCoenzyme binding is associated with the active site zinc movement. ⶠTomato protein has different compositions of anion-binding pocket compared to human.
