Abstract

âº Mass spectrometry of TIIICBP indicates high homologies with kindlin-3. âº TIIICBP peptides cover 41% of kindlin-3 entire amino acid sequence. âº Anti-kindlin-3 antibodies recognize TIIICBP in platelet lysates. âº Anti-kindlin-3 antibodies inhibit platelet interactions with collagen and the subendothelium.
