Abstract
⺠The mechanism behind the generation of circulating antibodies in cancer can be explained. ⺠Role of catecholestrogens in the etiopathogenesis of different types of cancer has been evaluated. ⺠Anti-4-OHE2-NO-DNA antibodies in cancer patient's sera have prognostic significance. ⺠We have shown the combined effect of oxidative stress and estrogens in causing DNA damage making it immunogenic.
