Abstract
⺠GSTO catalyze deglutathionylation of aromatic molecules and possess esterase activity. ⺠These activities are depending on a conserved catalytic cysteine. ⺠This feature has been used to develop a specific substrate screening method. ⺠We identified tetralone and terpenes as specific substrate/ligands of PcGSTOs.
