Abstract
⺠Efficient method for production of recombinant peptide T8 was developed. âºRecombinant peptide T8 inhibits endothelial cell proliferation and tube formation. ⺠T8 prevents pathological angiogenesis in a suture-induced corneal neovascularization model. ⺠T8 promotes the regression of neovessels in an alkali-induced corneal neovascularization model.
