Abstract
⺠CLUSTER analysis was performed on H3Ac/H3K4me/H3K9me ChIP-chip data. ⺠It shows mRNA expression directly correlates with H3Ac/H3K4me levels. ⺠H3K9me levels show inverse correlation under hyperglycemia/hyperinsulinemia. ⺠Increased promoter occupancy of H3Ac/H3K4me and decreased H3K9me on active genes. ⺠Presence of crosstalk between H3Ac and H3K4me under these conditions.
