Abstract
⺠We examine epigenetic changes in Grb10 in serially passaged adult mouse fibroblasts. ⺠The amount of methylated histone H3K27me3 reduced after extended cultivation. ⺠The amount of acetylated histones H3Ac and H4Ac increased after extended cultivation. ⺠There was a global reduction in DNA methylation after extended cultivation.
