Abstract
⺠We investigated the glycohydrolases Hex and Gal association with microdomains. ⺠Mature Hex and Gal are associated to Jurkat T-cell plasma membrane microdomains. ⺠Hex and Gal are associated with lck-decorated microdomains. ⺠Jurkat stimulation increases Hex and Gal targeting to microdomains.
