Abstract

âº Methallyl isothiocyanate (MAITC) inhibited the intracellular calcium levels. âº MAITC inhibited the productions of IL-1Î², IL-6, and TNF-Î± in stimulated mast cells. âº MAITC inhibited RIP2/caspase-1/pERK/NF-ÎºB pathway in stimulated mast cells.
