Abstract

âº The classical pathway of lipolysis activation in adipocytes is PKA-dependent. âº Other intracellular signalling pathways are under investigation. âºÂ Molecular mechanisms that involve PKG or MAPK or PKB also regulate the lipolysis. âº Crosstalk among the pathway probably contributes to the adjustment in lipolysis.
