Abstract
⺠The classical pathway of lipolysis activation in adipocytes is PKA-dependent. ⺠Other intracellular signalling pathways are under investigation. âºÂ Molecular mechanisms that involve PKG or MAPK or PKB also regulate the lipolysis. ⺠Crosstalk among the pathway probably contributes to the adjustment in lipolysis.
