Abstract
⺠The interactome of eEF1A1 M-domain was investigated using a proteomic approach. ⺠Among the interacting proteins, sorbin, present in SORBS2, was identified. ⺠The interaction was also assessed by immunoprecipitation with anti-eEF1A and -SORBS2. ⺠FRET co-localization of SORBS2 and eEF1A was evidenced at level of plasma membrane. ⺠The involvement of eEF1A1 in novel key signal transduction complexes is suggested.
