Abstract
⺠Kininogen (HK) binding to endothelial cells (RAEC) was abolished by heparin/Zn+2. ⺠Surprisingly, prekallikrein (PK) interaction with RAEC was not modified by heparin. ⺠BK release, from HK hydrolysis, increased in the presence of heparin/Zn+2.
