Abstract
⺠The amphibian neurotoxin, anntoxin showed strong analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities. ⺠It inhibited secretions of both tumor necrosis factor alpha and cyclooxygenase-2. ⺠Anntoxin reduced the edematous epidermis induced by carrageenan.
