Abstract

âº Pretreatment with EDPOO protected differentiated PC12 cells against LPS-induced apoptosis. âº EDPOO fortified compensatory responses by mounting Nrf2 nuclear level and antioxidant enzymes activity. âº EDPOO attenuated NF-ÎºB activation via suppression of ROS production.
