Abstract
												⺠The mechanisms of NLK-mediated cellular signaling modification are summarized. ⺠The molecular mechanisms that regulate NLK activity are interpreted. ⺠Roles of NLK in vertebrate development are interpreted. ⺠Involvement of NLK in the development of several human cancers is interpreted. ⺠The aspects of NLK regulation that remain to be resolved are discussed.
