Abstract

âº Using GSEA, components of the ubiquitin system dysregulated in CRC are identified. âº NEDD4 is upregulated at the mRNA level in colorectal carcinomas. âº NEDD4 depletion leads to reduced growth of colon cancer cells. âº NEDD4 controls colonic cell growth independently of PTEN and PI3K/AKT signaling.
