Abstract
⺠Using GSEA, components of the ubiquitin system dysregulated in CRC are identified. ⺠NEDD4 is upregulated at the mRNA level in colorectal carcinomas. ⺠NEDD4 depletion leads to reduced growth of colon cancer cells. ⺠NEDD4 controls colonic cell growth independently of PTEN and PI3K/AKT signaling.
