Abstract
⺠Nadrin is a new GAP for Rho GTPases in platelets and megakaryocytes. ⺠Nadrin isoforms selectively regulate Rho proteins and cytoskeletal reorganization. ⺠The C-terminus of Nadrin determines Rho specificity and influences cell physiology. ⺠Nadrin controls cell adhesion mediated by Rho proteins. ⺠Unexpectedly, Nadrin-GAP activity is regulated by the BAR domain.
