Abstract
⺠Dvl-2 and Dvl-3 (Dvls) are highly expressed in ALK+ALCL, a type of T-cell lymphoma. ⺠Dvls contribute to cell growth and tumorigenicity of ALK+ALCL. ⺠Dvls transduce signals via the Wnt non canonical pathways, namely via NFAT and Src. ⺠Dvl proteins are novel NPM-ALK interacting proteins and possibly NPM-ALK substrates.
