Abstract
⺠The aim of this study was to elucidate the reverse signaling pathways of CD137 ligand in myeloid cells. ⺠We have novel findings that in mouse myeloid cells CD137L reverse signal-mediated cellular responses involve TMEM126A. ⺠This is the first study demonstrating a role of TMEM126A in the immune system.
