⺠Fzd7 is commonly upregulated in a variety of cancers. ⺠Fzd7 suppression results in Wnt/β-catenin signaling inhibition. ⺠Fzd7 repression inhibits tumor growth. ⺠Fzd7 plays an important role in stem cell biology. ⺠Fzd7 is a promising therapeutic target for cancer.
