Abstract
⺠AMPK interacts with Hsp90 in high affinity. ⺠Hsp90 stabilises AMPK and regulates the activity of AMPK. ⺠Hsp90 inhibitors degrade AMPK and detain AMPK and its downstream substrate ACC from phosphorylation.
