Abstract
⺠C2GNT activation is dependent on the production of ROS by NADPH oxidase. ⺠Lack of NADPH oxidase results in decreased leukostasis. ⺠Novel signaling pathway between TNF-α, NADPH oxidase, PKCβ1/2 and C2GNT identified.
