Abstract
⺠Cyclic AMP rapidly initiates a neuroendocrine phenotype in prostate cells. ⺠PKA is necessary and sufficient for initiation of the neuroendocrine phenotype. ⺠Inhibition of PKA-mediated phosphorylation of RhoA on Ser188 blocks the effect.
