Abstract

âº The oligomerization of syndecan-4 is important and functional. âº The transmembrane domain-induced oligomerization plays a more major role in the regulation of syndecan-4 functions. âº The domain hierarchy between the transmembrane and cytoplasmic domains exists in the regulation of syndecan-4.
