Abstract
⺠AMPK limits IL-1-stimulated IL-6 synthesis in osteoblasts. ⺠IL-1 induces the phosphorylation of AMPK α-subunit (Thr-172). ⺠AMPK regulates the IL-6 synthesis through the IκB/NF-κB pathway.
