Abstract
⺠Down-regulation of PDCD5 was identified in osteosarcoma cell line, MG-63. ⺠PDCD5 induced apoptosis, G2 arrest, and inhibited cell proliferation in MG-63. ⺠PDCD5 suppressed MG-63 via the Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK signaling pathway. ⺠The N (3-40) and C (102-125) terminal residues of PDCD5 did not exhibit activity.
