Abstract
► We discovered novel roles of JAK3 in myogenic differentiation. ► JAK3 inhibition enhances formation of multinucleated myotubes. ► Inhibition of JAK3 increases expressions of muscle specific genes and IGF-II. ► JAK3 inhibition regulates activities of STAT1 and STAT3 in myogenic differentiation. ► ERK and PI3K/AKT pathways are also regulated by JAK3 inhibition.
